I have downloaded the Bullet Receipts Application and tried to log on with the same details as I use on PC

Bullet Receipts Application:

I have downloaded the Bullet App and tried to log on with the same details as I use on PC
But getting a message that the Login Failed
Do you need to create a separate account on the app or is it one? I would imagine that it is one
Please advise!

Hi Frank,
Assuming your account is setup as Franks@helloworld.ie – you’ve actually signed up to our International Product as apposed to Irish one. Currently the mobile app only works with our Irish website and because you are not a user of that , that is why you are getting Login failed. You’ll need to setup a new account with Irish Bullet if you want to use the mobile app. Theres a click on the sign up page that asks if you are from ireland , clicking this will direct you there.
