I’m tearing my hair out and I’ve only been using you for 20 minutes. You’re asking me for a tax number and I cannot save the form unless I enter it. I ave no idea what this means. I know my company number and my VAt number. Never heard of a tax number. Frustrating that this is blocking me.

t’s usually the same as your VAT number. Your tax number is a number very company in Ireland gets. You’ll be able to find it on ROS.
If you know your VAT number you can put that in for now, like I mentioned they are usually the same.

  1. Man,that is so confusing. I'd really suggest you make that field optional, particularly as it doesn't seem to be that important. And/or give people some isntructions where to find it. I don't want to have to log in to ROS to find a number that I have never been asked for before just to set up Bullet!

It's an accounting product, we do accounts and tax returns, without it you're not doing accounts.
I'm sorry you have to login to ROS, but that's where it is. We're not allowed scrape that data, we also provide you with a full ebook on where to find that data. Thanks again.
