Is it possible to really edit invoice templates… With no unit or rate headings showing – Feature request

Is is possible at all to remove unwanted columns in invoice templates?
I don’t want unit, quantity or rate columns showing.
It would also be great to have a little space between each of the line items, but this doesn’t seem to be editable. Thank you
