    i just wondering is it essential that the invoice number needs to be included when sending an invoice because if i do business with a client two months ago and invoice them again for another job today then I'm telling them how many invoices I've sent out in between that period to other clients so i don't want that confidential info shared

Hi A,
It’s good to use numbers. But those numbers can be anything 1,2,3,4 or 1715 or 72hsh1.
You can also send client statements by clicking on the client and then you’ll see all the statements in the right.
