Months since any response from BulletHQ

Does anyone know why it has been months since anyone from Bullet has replied to any question posted here?
Is the company still operational?

Hey,
Just click the (?) in the dashboard for instant free support, our response time there is 8 min.
Community website gets answered not that quick and that takes some time, sorry for that! But you can see that we advise using our support bubble to contact us, not community website.
We are still working so business is not dead:)
