Hi. We’ve checked our mail server it’s working fine.
You need to check your mail setting with your hosting company. I’m afraid there is nothing we can do on our end. But, it’s all working fine so that’s half the problem fixed.

    when I set up my account I only entered my email address that I wanted the emails for be sent from. is there something else that I was meant to do?

    Go to Settings and you'll see the emails settings there.
    Call your hosting company and ask them for the information we ask. They'll understand.

    Sure. Let me know how you get on. They'll get these questions all the time.
    Get the info off them on the phone and send a test while you still have them.
    They're terrible for passing the buck. Once the settings are in the mails will send instantly.
