My book-keeper Bernie Carroll has gone on her holidays and won’t be back until June 19th. I have all of my accounts up to date and I want to send statements for invoices I have generated during the month of May and for any outstanding non paid accounts earlier. Can you give me a brief run down about how I would generate statements. Many thanks, Felim

Hi Felim.
Just click Clients, the clients name, and you’ll see the statements on the right.

Ok, I'll do this now and get back to you.

So when I click on the client I am given 2 options, one is "outstanding statement" and the other is a much more recent one. I want the more recent one but the details I have inputted for the month of May are not appearing on the statement. Is there an icon I need to hit to bring my invoices into the statement?

Just use the date picker at the top and then click update. All the options for the reports are on each screen.

    There are no other options.

I dont see any option to update or a date picker, do you mean when all of the invoices are stacked in date sequence order (most recent first) then you can update...just don't see an update button. Apologies, I know its late. I'll give it 5min and then call it quits.

Hi Felim. Just click Clients Clients Name then click the report on the right when that opens up you'll see at the top the date pickers.
