SorryPete … one more question, I have edited the file in XL into 4 columns but when I try to import I get a header import error saying its not in the right format. I notice that your example is comma seperated but mine is column seperated..

Did you download the sample excel we provided? That’s the correct format.

    Its ok - I think I am just going to have to do this the long way. I should have just edited the CSV file. I had actually imported into XL columns ... when I should have kept it comma seperated ... there goes another hour.

    If you just create a macro you can format them or post a job to fiverr. :)
