Pete here Great.
How do you think you’ll use it?
Pete
Did you find the process of setting it up easy, any things you didn't like or made you feel confused?
Talk then.
So what term would you use to describe it.
When you print the banner disappears just a standard invoice appears. You can see that if you click print.
We had the dimensions in not sure why they're gone.
Size is 1500x500
Bullet 24 Herbert Lane, Dublin 2, Eircode DOCC90
So all the things you want to do are in the software. We've spent about 3mts building it and making it easy. Obviously not easy enough. The only think that we can't do is change the height of the banner. It's done on a ratio to keep the img looking now.
We'll have a big deep read into this. We've sent the site out for user testing. But real feedback is great.
It's always a balance we start with a very bloated detailed version of the product and then we strip it down, we might have stripped too much here.
We use used the twitter images cause it allows you to get a feel for it straight away without having to find or edit image. Singup > add twitter handle > invoice instantly customised > onboard > edit later, kind of thing.
I'm a milk chocolate man but lets try the crazies. We'll tweet them out, when we get them.
I've added the advanced invoice app and given you 120days credit. So you can create multiple templates for different deals. When your creating the invoices in advanced invoice options you can jump between invoices.
Either way you'll be changing the totals, total vat and total revenue.
There are no reports for such.
Give me the name of chocolate bar in question and I'll have a look at your accounts?
Are you adding the VAT to the price or just including it into the price as in will the item increase by x% or do you lose x%?
Pete
We're moving to a new product (our own) soon, but you'll probably have the same issue.
So I had a look at your account's I don't think we'll be able to get a line item export. I'll ask johnny though and see if there is away through another report but I doubt it.
Before you start editing any of your invoices it's best to export all of them as a snapshot.
If there are a lot to do, you could outsource the work. We use a guy in India who's very good and reliable.
If you're incorporating the vat you don't need to reinvoice the client for new payment (vat) but you should be issuing them a vat receipt (up to you).
You can include VAT in invoice by clicking on the advanced drop down and we'll calc the vat backwards.
