Also, does your Payroll module allow for Employees with Full Medical Cards?. (These change the USC bands as far as I am aware).

On the payroll – the easiest way to add a new employee is to download your P2C file from ROS. This will include the tax details of your employees (including the USC information for people on medical cards). You can import that P2C file into bullethq.com, and your employees will be setup as expected.
On the premium option – we’ve decided not to offer it, as there was low interest in it from businesses. We’re in the process of removing it from our website.
