Hey guys, just had a call from a client. They just paid via stripe with credit card but have a second registration-type transaction at the same time (with a €0.00 amount) to Stripe Checkout. We haven’t seen this before with clients paying via stripe and just wanted to check if you guys had any thoughts?

We can't see anything happening on our end. You should talk to stripe and ask them, it seems to be a stripe issue. We can't see the payments or what happens in you know what I mean.

Lou our engineer has suggested this "One thing it could be, is the "application fee". We as the platform owner can charge an application fee per transaction - We chose not to do that obviously - so maybe stripe charges that as a 0 euro transaction. That's just a guess, see what Stripe says."
So that could be it
Went back over my own stripe payments and the first time I used my cc with stripe I had the same, so I’m guessing that it is a registration fee of €0.00 with stripe.
Contacted stripe to confirm but I’m not concerned about it now.
