Hi, You’ll have to create a new limited company account. You can’t upgrade from Sole Trader to Limited Company. They’re a very different set of accounts.

So just logout of your sole trader account and sign-up again picking 'limited company', as your choice.
You can keep your sole trader account ticking to keep your records.
Are you changing company names as in are you going to be using a different email address for the company then you used for the sole trader account?

Thanks Pete, that's perfect will do that. The company name will be the same but my email address will be slightly different, so yes it will be different than the one I use for sole trader

Another quick question, is there any plans to have a zapier app as it would be very handy to have bullet integrated with other software if somebody buys something and the invoice is sent out automatically

Ah cool then it's easy. So keep your sole trader account, good way of keeping your records, and then just sign-up to the limited company account with the new email address.
Here is a guide we wrote on our community site https://www.bullethq.com/community/question/hey-ive-just-formed-my-company-what-should-i-do-now/ - it will explain everything about Ltd companies and what you need to do.

We actually did a full integration with Zapier. But, it didn't work. It's like the best marketed pile of crap ever.
If you look as Xero's integrations they're pretty poor. The systems promised a lot, we bought into it, and it couldn't deliver on anything

That's perfect Pete, thanks for all your help
