Hi Both We are trying out different accounting platforms, love BulletHQ so far but I’m jut wondering whether we can use it without the Invoicing part? We already have our invoice system setup with Shopify. Second question I have is when we reconcile our transactions, we can’t approve them as the amount is different due to transactions fee’s by stripe, shopify etc. Any help is appreciated, we would prefer to use a local + free solution grinning

Hi William. You can just ignore the invoicing part, it’s part of the free service. Fees (Stripe/Shopify) are just bills. You need to create bills to match the fees. The rest is money in. Hope that makes sense.

  1. Thanks Peter!
Right, so just to give you an example
We had an order from a customer for €95.97 however the transaction we're trying to reconcile here came through for €92.85 (after fee's) how can we approve this? Because when we review, submit and try to auto-adjust there is an imbalance of more than €1.00
    Any help is appreciated!

Auto adjust limit is set by revenue. €92.85 is Money In. An invoice in Bullets case. €3.12 (€95.97-€92.85) is a bill for fees to a supplier Stripe and Shopify. This will be two separate bills.
  3. OK,so you can add two separate bills to one reconciliation?
