Hi guys, I’m trying to upload my Visa statement to Bullet. I’m using the same heading as before and saving it as a CSV so I’m not sure why it won’t upload. Have the headings changed or anything like that? I can’t find the answer from previous questions.

    I pasted it from ibb into an old spreadsheet that I had used for March - April (which uploaded fine) and just left the headers.

    Cool. When you copy from web pages all kind of crap can get copied over. But, the files you're looking to upload with the data are the ones attached?

    Yes, they're the ones. Pretty strange alright as it's worked every other time I've gone to upload them that way. Thanks a million for your help.

    Cool - you've probably copied some "code", and pasted it in. It doesn't show up, in excel. Let me have a look and I'll let you know.

    If there were any 3 booooring repetitive admin tasks you could outsource what would they be?

    1. Entering cash receipts data - pain in the arse
    2. Chasing money - not so much boring, just frustrating.
    3. Creating individual invoices, would love to have a spreadsheet that I could upload to each individual customer.

    How long would you say you spend a month doing all 3, rough numbers?

    I would say a solid 3 days/72 hours of work, so probably not too bad compared to most.

    That's a lot of time, nearly a day a week (if you're only doing it in a working week). How come you haven't outsourced it?

    Over the last few years I've employed a few lads to look after the operations side of the business which leaves me to do the accounts end of it. I like to be on top of everything myself to be honest. I've had some bad experiences (revenue audits) with a previous accountant who had promised the earth that they were looking after everything...they weren't, to the tune of €128,000 the first time around and €16,000 the second... I've a new accountant that will file them with the CRO etc but other than that I like to be in control.

    I've actually showed the new accountants (Swan O'Sullivan) Bullet and they think it's great - they've been referring it on to their clients!!

    Interesting, I think we're trying to fix both those problems.
    So because Bullet has all the rules, and notifications built in the system can insure everything is inline. We've just revamped the Todo's to make that even better.

    We'd like to move Bullet away from data entry to BI (everything you listed above - keeping on top of things).
    But, we've noticed people do a lot of manual work in Bullet so we were looking to bring out a new version of our Mbl app with a PA built in.
    So for say 90USD per month, they could do all your rec's, receipts data entries, mileage, book cabs, whatever you want.
    The app would be more like a chat app (what's app) we'd feed data from Bullet into the app
    Bullet: "Hey client Apple Inc just paid your bill of €221.99"
    Bullet: "Looks like you've 3 outstanding invoices, for A,B,C. Would you like us to send a polite reminder"
    Eoin: "Yes, but don't send one to A".

    Bullet "We've sent reminders for B, C and left A alone. You'll see a todo on your dashboard for that",
    That kind of thing

    Great. I'll tag this conversation and when we're getting close to it I'll ping you again. We're just looking into it. I like the idea of it being fixed fee (not per task) but as you know you could get pummeled.

    Great - thanks for spreading the word. Now we've the core product built you should see Bullet getting smarter over the next year. Right now it's only at my IQ level
