Hi guys, I’ve introduced your system ‘BulletHQ’ to my new accountant (GBW Accountants) as they’re very interested in your software to potentially recommend to their clients. I am one of their new clients and they wanted to know, is it possible for them to gain access to my Bullet HQ account as read only (ie: they can’t change anything)? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Siobhan, 

Sure, if you go into App Store and click Add.
When you’ll be brought true a workflow to enter your accountants email and decide what access rights you want to give them. 
Once the app is installed you can add, remove people and edit their rights by clicking on the Cog in the top right hand cover and clicking on Manage Users.
If lost of people add your accountant to Bullet, they’ll be able to all the companies so they can pick the one to login to.

PS – I’d probably give my accountant better access then read. They might need to do journal entries etc. You can change it at any stage.
