Hi I am reconciling bank now. We have an one employee left this week and already issued P45.

    I am doing reconciliation of her wages now and I cannot select her to record the payment of wages now.

    You can edit the employee, and blank out the end date (this essentially "unterminates" the employee). Mark the wage(s) as paid, and then terminate the employee again. That should allow you to do the reconciliation.
