Hi, I have just got my ROS account and have created a new employee via a form submission, new to ROS so not certain whether I need to wait for it to get processed and how many days..I can see it under inbox messages, and wonder how I will be able to extract the P2C file and when on ROS

    Cool - so ROS will let you know when the employee is created and the P2C file is updated. When that's done (it doesn't take long but I can't give you an exact time - day or 2)
    You can then just import that employee into Bullet and it's all setup automatically. Don't try and setup employees manually - it's always disastrous :(
    You're doing it the right way.

    Hi,
    Sure, we can't really give help around ROS - it's not our system.
    But simply import it into Bullet and everything gets setup automatically.

    You shouldn't have to do anything. What message is Bullet giving you?

    You need to add tax details for Konstantinos Damianakis for 2016. Click on "Update Tax Details" under Actions on the right to do that now, or you can do it later by going to Wages > Employees > Konstantinos Damianakis

    Money Out / Bill & Expenses. Pick yourself as the prayer and the expenses will be moved into your payroll.

    Bullets designed for play. You can create things, edit them and delete them. The system is always live.
    Everything should be no more than 2 clicks away. All the actions are on the right and if you're in a workflow you'll only be shown relative options.
