Click on the gear icon at the top of the screen, edit your company details and set the Vat number

Hi, I have tried this and have correctly set my VAT number in company details. However it does not appear on the invoice.

What I have done is in the edit invoice setting I have put in the VAT and other info. However I want it to appear at the bottom of the Inovoice , under the addtional Info section. There does not appear to be a option for inserting it there in the invoice setting window

The particular invoice style you picked doesn't display the VAT number by default. It will appear if typed into the 'Other Info' section.

Thks but the Invoice template shows 'Additional Info' at the bottom and it is blank. How do I access this field?

It's when you are editing/creating an invoice template. You'll see a field called 'Web, Other Info..' - put it in there.

I have done that but the point is that it looks distorted , particularly when there is a ADDITIONAL NOTES area at the bottom of the field which is blank. All the other field have information e.g. Payment Details

When you are creating an invoice, in advanced options, you can enter details that are visible to the client on the invoice. What you put in there will be viewable in the additional notes.
Alternatively, you should create a new invoice template and use the standard invoice style.

Hi , I have set up a new invoice template . I want to put my VAT no, at the bottom of the template , under the ‘Additional info’ section. I cannot find this field in the template. Can you help?
