Hi, I was in the middle of saving a journal in Alpha Payments Cloud Holding pte Limited and the screen froze. Now my access appears to have changed – the dashboard has gone and I am being told to access the administrator but I am the only person using this account. CAn you help please?

So,  It seems you have access to two companies. These are your access rights to Alpha Payments Cloud (Ireland) Limited    These are your access rights to Alphapay Euro Limited 
So it looks like your access rights are all right. We’ve no downtime in the logs nor outages. So it sounds like your browsers is crashing. Just close browser down and open up a new session.  Thanks Pete
