    No I just mean how to add in the option - at the moment you can only select office equipment or computer equipment and I need to add another option to the drop down menu???

    If you click on 'Accountant & Report Tools' on the top menu bar, and click on 'Chart of Accounts'. You can create a new account there. You'll be able to select the type of account you want to create, along with some other options. Once the account is created, you'll be able to select in when creating bills.
