HI, I’m trying to import statements from my Bank of Ireland account. It’s setup in Bullet as a BOI account but when I’m starting the import process it only allows me to choose AIB, Ulster and Other form the dropdown menu. When I choose other I get an error message which I think is something to do with the formatting of the .csv file. Should I reformat all the .csv files? – or is there a way for the Bullet account to recognise the BOI .CSVs? Thanks Donal

If the bank isn’t listed on the drop down the we don’t import the transactions. You can use the ‘other’ option and download the sample spreadsheet we give you.
Populate the sample spreadsheet with your BOI data but keep the headers we give you.
If you record a macro when your doing it you’ll be able to run it every time.
Banks should be bringing out feeds next year, which will make this data live.

  2. Hey just wondering is there an update yet on the timeline for this happening? I know BOI offers live feeds to wave, but I went with you guys as you've a faster, and cuter! produce :-)
