Hi, I’m wondering if you can help me. Our other company is on Bullet. Recently the transaction for your invoice was declined which means Bullet has expired. However, I’m looking at the bank balance and there is money in the account at the moment but when I try to put in the card details it is declining them. Can you help? Thanks. Antoinette.

    We don't get more information than that - for security reasons.
    I've added 5 days credit onto your cleaning company account - that should give you time to get the account sorted.

    Yep. Well it was just the advance invoice app so the rest of the product should be available to you.
