Hi, is there an issues with emails being sent out as I email an invoice and cc’d myself earlier today and nothing arrived. Tried a few more times and no sign of any of them

No. I’m afraid not. Check the following.

  • Your provider.
  • Your email settings in Bullet
  • Your clients spam filter.

Note some email systems don’t let you send emails to yourself.

  1. 1) cant see why its a problem with my provider as it worked before and tried to send to other emails and hasnt arrived
  2. 2) These havnt changed its the same pop or smtp as I used at home so cant see why but I'll re-enter the password. However if it was a password then I'd expect to see a warning in bullet somewhere
  3. 3) not a clent spam filter issue as i dont get it myself
  4. 4 I can send email to myself all day and often do
  5. looks like the only possiblity on my side is 2 so I'll check and also call the providers - though I'm getting emails from elsewhere fine

    Cool. We send over 90k emails a week. We have a server test running all the time. We haven't got any calls. So must be on you end.

  7. ok changed password and it now works so it must have been an auto password expiry after 12 months perhaps . Thanks but any chance you could consider adding some form of email log so that I'd spot that earlier. I have no idea how long that has been going on for.
