    ok lets start we have imported csv files for cbcl and it is showing items that need our attention. we have cross checked with bullet and bank statement and is recorded accordingly so why is it highlighting issues so far that we can see

    is your issue to do with using the bank rec feature, or is it just that the balance for "bullet" bank account and the "imported" bank account are different?

    We dont do support calls, thats why we use intercom now. The bank rec just matches what you have in bullet with what you imported from csv. For the bank account in question , it says that imported transactions add up to about -50K but that bullet has recorded +200K - this implies that you have not imported all the statements for that bank account

    its saying certain items are questionable and highlighting them but when we check our input on buller and our hardcopy statements they tally so why is it doing that?

    usually the amount value have to match exactly in order to be reconciled. tell me a particular transaction on bullet that you are having trouble with
