Hi, when I go into edit a wage for one of our employees, another deduction is added each time and I can’t delete them. Even if I put in a zero value it automatically adds another. Could you have a look at this please as IU need to do payroll today. Thanks, Emma

    Hi Emma. I can see the issue you are having - it will take us a day or two to investigate why this is happening for you and fix it - in the meantime, I'd suggest deleting the wage payment and re-adding it minus the deductions you didn't want. We'll keep you updated on our progress in the meantime.

    Hi Emma,
    Just to let you know that we've identified what the problem is and will be uploading a fix to our servers over the weekend, so this problem won't happen anymore from Monday onwards.
