HI HOW ARE YOU smile
Follow these steps:

  • Add the multi user app
  • Add your new email address
  • Make new email address admin
  • Logout 
  • Login as new email address
  • Open multi user app
  • Delete your old email address
  • Uninstall the multi user app.

    Hi,
    You can't delete accounts they're tied to actions within the product. They're kept for audit purposes.
    Have a look at my instructions again, they work, and there is nothing I can say that's different.

    I've no idea.

    Are you using the wrong password, have you reset the password incase you have.
