I’m sorry to sound like a broken record but I’m still having trouble with calculating mileage. We hae started a new year in terms of mileage. As such our journeys from the first of June for the first 6347km should be calculated at .5907c. They are calculating at the lower rate applied after 6347 Km if .2846c. I hope you can understand what I’m saying and could you let me know if there is a way to remedy this? Many thanks

  1. But that's over 12 months, after the 12 months it should go back to the higher rate, is that not correct?
