Hi,
If you look at the bottom right you’ll see the “app store”, link in your Bullet dashboard.

    Hey! thnks for that. I want to use the Cloud App for adding receipts etc, and it says added, but where might I find / use it?

    Sure, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
    Our receipt app is free, some of our other apps like payroll aren't. Our cloud connector app (dropbox, google docs) is free too. Oh go there's so much free stuff lets party

    Thanks. I want to know how I can get the Cloud App though - when I click it, it says I have enter payment details. I am using an iPhone.

    We updated our security in accordance with Apple for our iphone receipt tracking app.
    Apple have identified a bug which they're fixing, here is a work around for your receipts http://goo.gl/8bnfHR (refresh the page if you don't see the movie)
    We're currently working on a new version of our app, the Android version is out of Beta and soon to be released. Apple won't be too far later.
    Sorry for the issues but it's a bit out of our control. We'll let you know when the new app is released.

    OK but now its saying trial expired when I'm using Bullet now. Do I click Cancel Cloud again?

    So I think what might have happened was that the cloud app was installed and then deleted, which flagged a bug. So I have that installed for you now and made you a little movie to show you how to add files including receipts and also how to see read receipts.http://recordit.co/XqFLUmSpWQ
    I see you haven't setup a header image - you should especially as a visual company. They make your invoices pop.

    Ohh OK one more thing, I see now that I have the app, which is great, but I can't seem to find how to use it. Where about is it located, and how do I add my dropbox login details? Thanks!

Hi, 
Did you look at that video I made you above. On every element (invoice, bill etc) you’ll see on the right a link ‘Attach Files’, just click that and you’ll see all the options below. 
PS this is what you’re invoices could look like – People buy from people.

    Hey Peter, apologies last question ;) I'm just clicking on my profit and loss for this year so far, but it only shows April to July, and not the months preceeding this? Also, some of my expenses (well, 1 recurring one) doesn't show on the profit and loss. Would you know why? Sorry to bother you again!

    Did you change the date picker? I think we default to 4 month (qtr) periods.

    Cool - You can edit it once you've not paid vat on it. Even if you have paid the vat you can edit it but I'll tell you that when you hit the issue.

    Ok, you will kill me, so I apologize in advance, but I successfully uploaded a file / png for an expense (thanks for telling me how!) but I wondered, is there a bank of the images kept within Bullet itself, or are they just links back to me Dropbox? Is there a way of taking a picture on my phone of the receipt?

    So with dropbox/google it's just a link - we don't upload any file.
    With our app it gets uploaded to the server
    The dropbox/google drive is just a work around at the moment.

    You can install dropbox on your phone.
    Take a photo with your phone and save to dropbox on your phone
    Login to Bullet and connect that dropbox on your phone to Bullet.
    Snap - saved to dropbox - dropbox - to Bullet
