Hi,
Sorry for the delay – Yep you can remove the banners from the footers of the invoices when you sign-up to the Enhanced Invoicing app.
It’s €9.99pm and comes with online payments, multi branding, recurring invoices etc.
You can’t remove it from the payslips I’m afraid.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks Pete

  1. Thanks for the quick reply - just some feedback though since payslips are a *paid* option I do not think they should include a large add banner - I totally understand the banner if the feature is free (like with the basic invoices) - That's just my 2c...

    Hi Siobhan,
You're right - we've just never got the request. People don't seem to care if Bullet is on the payslip.
I'll put that to the tech team.

    Pete
  3. Thanks! While you are there - can you please verify that you do VAT on the Irish Cash Receipts basis (the weird way of doing VAT that only seems to exist in Ireland)? And if so how do I select it (as opposed to straight Cash or Accrual basis)?

    Hi,
We do invoices on cash basis - it's the default on Bullet.
The idea of cash basis is to reduce strain on cashflow and liability. You only pay the VAT when the money hits your account and your only liable when the money hits your accounts.
Pretty standard in Small Business account cause cash flow is so low.
    Thanks Pete
  5. Does your system generate the annual VAT RTD info for revenue (broken out into the relevant fields)?

    Hi,
No we don't support VAT RTD. We'll probably produce an export for it soon, but not for the next while.

    Tks Pete
  7. OK, back to VAT - when I say Cash basis, I mean sales on a cash basis & purchases on an invoice basis? This is the Irish way of doing VAT - (different from UK) Is this how Bullet applies it?

We operate our VAT on a cash basis it's how 99% of all companies do it here.
Bullet is different from other accounting product in that we've built all the accounting rules into the workflows. This means you don't have to know them.
Just follow the workflows, we will auto generate all your VAT3 returns correctly.
    Thanks
  9. Thanks Pete, I like that the workflows are all built in & that I don't need to know. Makes life simpler for sure. There is a difference between Cash based & Cash Receipts based VAT - I just wanted to know which of these rule sets you apply?

    Cool no problem.
  11. So its not cash receipts based then?
