Hi guys. Just a wishlist. Every time I create a quote for a client on Bullet, I always have to open our T&Cs in another Word doc and copy/paste them in to Notes visible to the client section on the estimate.Poor you! I hear you say… but it would be really handy if there was some way to save such t&c’s into all quotes automatically. I’ll leave that with you…thanks. Cormac

Hi Cormac,
You can do that already. Infact you can have different T&C’s for different clients. I created a mock invoice for you here with your company branding and your T&C’s.
If you’d like to know how to create that look at this
Thanks Pete
PS – I noticed you haven’t closed off any of your todo’s – do you not find them helpful?

re the to-do. we file our VAT3 returns back to our accountant. I usually submit everything from tolls to parking to random business related expenses. I don't add all of these to Bullet and so the VAT3 figures are always a little bit skewed. So.. I just ignore them!
  3. corma75 June 19, 2016
I only really add big bills from suppliers, printers and then your standard office rent, mobile bills, broadband, etc...
  4. Peter Connor June 19, 2016
Ok. So why do you give that work to your accountant?
  5. corma75 June 19, 2016
Honestly, i wouldn't have time to enetr every single item I was prepared to out down as expenses. But you're right. I'd probably save ourselves money by just letting Bullet tell us the VAT3 figures.

(I don't even have time to spell properly anymore)

Well the good news is we're bring out a Virtual Ass tool that will do everything for you, including your spell checking :)

Pete, I signed up for that enhanced invoicing. But we don't want to use it for the moment. Now it appears to have upset the standard invoice template? i.e. I have to set up the default template all over again + the Invoice counter is after resetting to Invoice 000. Can you advise what's going on with this?

I'll have a look for you and get back.

    Which company is it?

    Bammedia Ltd

    Hi Cormac.
So the number hasn't gone back to zero it's just how we present a "blank", template in the preview. See the invoice numbers here.
The template you used was one of the extra templates you get with enhanced. So when you removed the enhanced invoicing app you remove your used template. It just reverts back to the default template as you instructed it to.
    Hhope that make sense
    Pete

Sort of... so I still have to set it up. i.e. punch in our logo, etc... I don't mind doing this as long as the invoice counter isn't broken
  15. corma75 June 19, 2016
which it doesn't appear to be...
  16. Peter Connor June 19, 2016
No no the invoice numbers are the same across all the templates, remember they're all the same company so the rec is just one company to bank account. Revenue don't care about your brandings :)
You'll see in the animation all your branding and address etc are still there. Unless that's an old template. When you remove the enhanced invoicing app we remove all the 'extra' templates and leave you with the default one.
You can make any invoice template the default template. Just click Invoice Setting and then click Make Default.
    Hope that helps
