Hi Eoin, 
You can’t connent it to an Irish bank just US banks. 
You can import bank statements from Irish banks though, you can see that here.

Hi Eoin,
If you look at the form you can only import CSV’s and OUT files. PDFs aren’t in a structured format making it hard for machines to read.

    In the bank dropdown pick "other". Then you'll be given an CSV file template you can copy your data from the website or pdf into that spreadsheet.
    Make sure you don't change the headers and make sure the data is in the same format as present in the sample doc.
    Then you can import. If you've to reformat a lot of data it might make sense creating a macro. Then you wont have to do it again.
