Hi. I have a question about using paypal with bullet. To start, I really hate bookkeeping etc but really love your software! If I buy the enhanced invoicing extension will it import all the info from paypal when I take a payment? I’ve set up a new "bank account" in Bullet for my paypal account and before I start importing stuff manually I just want to know if there’s an easier way wink

Hi, that’s great. I’ve two answers.

  1. If you use our enhanced invoicing and the purchase is made through our invoicing then the data will be imported. But, data outside won’t be.
  2. If you click on your paypal bank account, and click import statement, then click ‘other’, from the list of banks you’ll see an excel spreadsheet. You can download that and copy your payroll info into it. Then import it.

Hope that helps.

  1. Perfect thanks! How should I handle the Paypal fees for any manual imports?

They're just bills. A fee like you'd pay for any service.
  3. Awesome. Cheers
